Warranty & Customer Care
What does the La‑Z‑Boy warranty cover?
La‑Z‑Boy covers manufacturing defects and material issues. Repairs or replacements are made at La‑Z‑Boy’s discretion; refunds are not available.Am I entitled to labor coverage?
Yes—labor is covered for a limited period. After that, repair labor costs become the customer's responsibility.Are warranties transferable?
No—warranties apply only to the original purchaser and require proof of purchase.What information do I need when requesting parts or service?
Having your receipt and Product ID Tag (ACK, Style, and Cover numbers) Located on the tag on the bottom of the product would be greatly appreciated, but as long as we can find your purchase receipt with your name and phone number in our local system - we can help.What is the iClean™ warranty?
iClean fabric offers three-year coverage against specific stains and a one-year warranty for issues like seam failure or nap loss.Which stains are covered under iClean™?
Covered: beer, chocolate, coffee, magic marker, dirt, ice cream, jelly, juices, ketchup, milk, salsa, soda, tea, urine, and wine.Which stains aren’t covered under iClean™?
Not covered: oil-based or wax-based substances (like salad dressings or crayons), ink, mustard, etc. The warranty is void if improper treatments are applied.What is La‑Z‑Boy’s return and exchange policy?
Residential upholstered furniture: Exchanges allowed within 3 days of delivery, for items of equal or lesser value. Up to 30% restocking fee may apply.
